When coloring your hair at home do not wash your hair the day before and your color will come out better and last longer. Also wet your hair before coloring it for the best results.

much as i love, love, love this tip, alas, i cannot claim credit for it (although i WAS the one who suggested you do the series). i know nothing about coloring hair. what i do know about is STRAIGHTENING hair. my tip is below:
when straightening hair, do not turn into bathroom.
